Most of these recipes link to other websites — don’t worry, I won’t recommend anything I haven’t tried myself and loved, and in most cases, made repeatedly. Recipes marked with an asterisk (*) are posted on my blog because I’ve learnt them from friends and family or I’ve used recipes that aren’t available online.
Have fun baking!

Meera,
Vegetarian/vegan food is not my area of expertise, nor am I interested in going down that road. However, there is a pretty good eggless chocolate cake recipe in my index. You can also try this link: http://www.divinetaste.com/archives/basic-eggless-cake/ I haven’t tried the recipe, so I can’t personally recommend it, but it’s a resource all the same.
Good luck!

came across your blog while searching for an easy dessert I could make with half a tin of Milkmaid I have right now-other than eating it straight from the tin, that is! I thoroughly enjoyed reading your post, very witty! Would love to know more but you seem to be a recluse
…am bookmarking this page-feel I’ve stumbled on a treasuretrove…so many recipes and I love baking! Love ‘em all…keep blogging!
